Gorgona is said to have been stunningly beautiful before the curse…;)

I’ve read many different stories of her. I’ve even painted her. What a lonely existence.

It is lonely for every woman refusing to see the inner snakes 😉

When I was a child (and even a few times when my boys were little) I’d catch snakes just to hold them for a bit. They’d stink up my hands, but were so docile. Not so scary. Neither are the inner ones 😉

I am the same way. There are so many accounts, but each one ends with such sadness.

This quote with Medusa’s image made me suddenly feel so sad for her.

A few of us have said that very same thing. For some reason I like to read about her though….the woman who got the short end of the stick for sure.
